1. Change WPS Art Colors

Entry: Design tab → Change Color

1. Select the WPS Art object you want to adjust.
2. Click the Design tab.
3. Find and click Change Color.
4. Choose the color style you want from the list.
5. Apply it to the current WPS Art object.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The WPS Art object changes color immediately.
• Next action available: You can continue switching between other color styles for comparison.

2. Restore the Previous Color Result

Entry: Design tab → Change Color or Ctrl+Z

1. Select the WPS Art object whose color has already been changed.
2. Open the Change Color list again.
3. Choose a default color style and check whether the result returns to what you want.
4. If the change was just made and you want to go back immediately, press Ctrl+Z.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The object returns to a default theme style or the previous step.

• Common mistake: If you have made several edits in a row, Undo may also revert other recent actions.

3. Adjust Colors to Match the Presentation Theme

Entry: Select the WPS Art object, then use Change Color on the Design tab

1. Open the current presentation and confirm the page theme style.
2. Select the WPS Art object that should match the theme more closely.
3. Click Change Color on the Design tab.
4. Preview different color styles and compare them with the page background, title, and other elements.
5. Keep the style that fits the current presentation theme better.
