Why is Add Assistant grayed out?
- Check whether the selected WPS Art graphic is an organization chart.
- If the current graphic is not an organization chart, Add Assistant is unavailable.
- Switch to an organization chart layout, select the item again, and reopen Add Item.
What is the difference between Add Item Below and Add Item After?
- Add Item Below adds a peer item below the current item.
- Add Item After adds a peer item after the current item.
- The visual direction on the page depends on the current graphic layout.
What is the difference between adding from the floating toolbar and adding from the Design tab?
- Add Item on the floating toolbar quickly adds one peer item.
- Add Item on the Design tab lets you choose above, below, before, after, or assistant placement.
- If you need more precise control over the new item position, use the Design tab entry.
