1. Apply Split Columns quickly

Entry: Home / Text Tools tab → Split Columns

  1. Select the text box that you want to format.
  2. Click Split Columns on the Home or Text Tools tab.
  3. In the dialog box, choose the layout you want, such as one column, two columns, three columns, or more columns.
  4. If needed, enter a precise column count and spacing value.
  5. Click OK to apply the setting.
