1. Set character spacing from the Home tab

Entry: Home / Text Tools → Font group launcher

1. Select the text box or text content that you want to adjust.
2. Click the launcher in the lower-right corner of the Font group on the Home tab.
3. Open the Character Spacing tab in the font settings.
4. Choose Condensed, Normal, or Expanded in the spacing options.
5. Enter a specific value in the measurement box, or use the arrows to fine-tune it.
6. Turn on Kerning for fonts if needed.
7. Click OK to apply the setting.
