1. Add numbering or bullets

Entry: Select text → Bottom toolbar → Tools → Home → Bullets/Numbering

  1. Select the paragraph text where you want to add bullets.
  2. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Switch to the Home tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Bullets/Numbering area.
  5. Browse and tap the bullet or numbering style you want.
  6. The selected text will immediately show the chosen list style.
  7. If you need more styles, tap the ... icon on the right.

Success Criteria

  • A new bullet or numbering style appears before the selected text.
  • The paragraph structure becomes easier to scan.
  • You can continue editing the text without affecting the list display.

Tips While Using

  • Select the paragraph first before opening the list style area.
  • If you do not see the style you want, tap ... to view more numbering options.

2. Change numbering or bullet size

Entry: Select text → Bottom toolbar → Tools → Home → Numbering/Bullet Size

  1. Select a paragraph that already uses bullets or numbering.
  2. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Switch to the Home tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Numbering/Bullet Size area.
  5. Drag the slider to adjust the marker size.
  6. Check the visual result and stop when the size looks right.

Success Criteria

  • The bullet or numbering size changes.
  • The list text remains editable and displays normally.
  • The adjusted style fits the document layout better.

Tips While Using

  • Confirm that the correct paragraph is selected before adjusting the size.
  • If the document has multiple list paragraphs, select them together to keep the style consistent.

3. Remove bullets or numbering

Entry: Select text → Bottom toolbar → Tools → Home → Cancel icon in the Bullets/Numbering area

  1. Select the paragraph that already has bullets or numbering.
  2. Tap Tools.
  3. Switch to the Home tab.
  4. Tap the cancel icon in the Bullets/Numbering area.
  5. Confirm that the list marker has been removed from the paragraph.

Success Criteria

  • The existing bullet or numbering disappears from the paragraph.
  • The text returns to a normal paragraph style.
  • The original text content stays available for continued editing.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure you selected the paragraph that needs the list format removed.
  • If you only want a different style instead of removing the list, return to the list style area and choose another option.

4. Quickly add numbering or bullets

Entry: Select text or place the cursor → Bottom toolbar → Align Text

  1. Place the cursor in the target paragraph, or select multiple paragraphs.
  2. Swipe on the bottom toolbar until you find Align Text.
  3. Tap it and choose a preset bullet or numbering style from the expanded menu.
  4. To remove it, tap the same style again.

Success Criteria

  • The target paragraph quickly applies a preset bullet or numbering style.
  • Tapping again can remove the current list style.
  • The full process can be completed quickly on mobile.
