Why can’t I find the Align Text entry?
- First, make sure the document is in an editable state.
- Select the target paragraph or place the cursor inside the paragraph.
- Swipe left or right on the bottom toolbar to look for Align Text.
- If you still do not see it, use Tools → Home → Paragraph instead.
Why does nothing change after alignment?
- Make sure the target paragraph is selected, or that the cursor is inside the paragraph you want to adjust.
- Check whether you tapped the alignment option that is already applied.
- Try selecting a different alignment first, and then switch back to the target one.
- If the document has very little content, some alignment changes may not be visually obvious, so test with multiple lines of text.
What is the difference between Align Objects and Quick Alignment?
- Align Objects is suitable when you want to adjust alignment together with other paragraph settings on the Home tab.
- Apply Quick Alignment is suitable when you want to switch common alignment options directly from the bottom toolbar.
- Both methods can complete common paragraph alignment tasks. The main difference is the entry path and the speed of access.
