  1. Open the presentation you want to edit and go to the target slide.
  2. Tap the Tools button on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Switch to the Insert tab and tap Text Box.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: A new text box appears on the current slide.
  • Next actions: You can continue typing, move the text box, or go on to later edits.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If the target slide is not selected first, the text box may be inserted on the wrong page.
  • Environment limits: If the presentation is in read-only mode, insertion may not be available.

2. Edit a Text Box

Entry point: Select the text box → floating text box toolbar

  1. Tap the text box that has already been inserted on the slide.
  2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear above the text box.
  3. Choose the action you need from the floating toolbar, such as editing text, copying, cutting, pasting, deleting, or rotating.
  4. Adjust the text content or text box status as needed.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The floating toolbar appears correctly, and the text box content or status changes as expected.
  • Next actions: You can continue moving the text box, edit it again, or save the presentation.
  • No side effects: Other unselected objects on the slide are not affected.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If the text box is not selected first, the floating toolbar will not appear.
  • Environment limits: Some actions are available only after the object enters an editable state.

3. Share a Text Box

Entry point: Select the text box → floating text box toolbar → Share

  1. Tap the target text box on the slide.
  2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear above the text box.
  3. Tap Share on the floating toolbar.
  4. Select Share as Long Image or Share as Text.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to send or export the content.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The app opens the share method selection screen.
  • Next actions: You can export the text box content as a long image or text and send it.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistakes: If a specific text box is not selected, you cannot go directly into the text box sharing flow.
  • Environment limits: When sharing to another app, that app must already be installed and sharing permissions must be available.
