1. Insert Smart Graphics
Entry: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Insert → Smart Graphics; or Bottom toolbar → Insert → More → Insert → Smart Graphics
- Open the document you want to edit.
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar and switch to the Insert tab.
- Tap Smart Graphics.
- Choose a graphic type such as list, process, hierarchy, or relationship.
- Choose a style and insert it into the current document.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected Smart Graphic appears in the document.
- You can continue: You can enter text in the graphic or continue adjusting its content.
Tips While Using
- If you do not see Smart Graphics in the first path, try the Insert → More path.
- Confirm the cursor position before insertion so the graphic appears in the expected area.
2. Edit Smart Graphics
Entry: Select the Smart Graphic → Double-tap to edit text
- Tap the Smart Graphic already inserted in the document.
- Double-tap the graphic to enter text editing mode.
- Update the text inside each shape directly.
- Tap a shape and drag its points as needed to adjust the shape.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The text is updated and shape changes appear immediately.
- You can continue: You can keep editing other nodes or return to the document.
Tips While Using
- Select the target graphic first to avoid editing another object by mistake.
- Make shape adjustments gradually to keep the overall layout clear.
