What should I do if the screenshot is not inserted into the slide?

  1. Confirm that the capture has finished and is not still in selection mode.
  2. Return to the current slide and check whether the image was inserted in another position on the page.
  3. If it was not inserted, run the capture process again.
  4. You can also try pressing Ctrl+V to paste the copied screenshot into the slide.

How do I capture an irregular shape in WPS on Windows?

  1. Click Screen Capture on the Insert tab.
  2. Select Custom Area Capture.
  3. Use the pointer to draw the area you want to capture freely.
  4. Complete the capture and insert it into the current slide.

How do I hide the WPS Slides window during screen capture?

  1. Click the Insert tab.
  2. Open the Screen Capture menu.
  3. Select Hide current window during capture.
  4. Start the capture, and the current window hides automatically.

Why are some capture methods unavailable?
