What should I do if the Image button is grayed out?

  1. Make sure the presentation is open and currently in editing mode.
  2. Check that you are on an editable slide.
  3. If the feature depends on object selection, select the target object first and try again.

Why can’t I see the expected result after I apply the action?

  1. Check whether the setting has been confirmed and applied.
  2. If the effect is related to slideshow display, switch to slideshow preview to check the actual result.
  3. Reopen the related settings and confirm that the parameters meet the conditions for the effect to appear.
