1. Insert an Image and Text Combination

Entry: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Insert → Image and Text Combination

  1. Open a presentation in WPS Office.
  2. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Switch to the Insert tab.
  4. Tap Image and Text Combination.

2. Choose a Layout Style and Fill in Content

3. Quickly Edit an Inserted Combination

Entry 1: Floating toolbar for the combination → Quick Edit
Entry 2: Bottom toolbar → Quick Edit

  1. Tap the inserted image-and-text combination on the slide.
  2. Tap Quick Edit on the floating toolbar or bottom toolbar.
  3. Reopen the editing panel and update the text or replace the image.
  4. Confirm the changes.

4. Ungroup the Combination into Separate Objects

Entry 1: Floating toolbar for the combination → Ungroup
Entry 2: Tools → Object → Ungroup

  1. Tap the inserted combination to select it.
  2. Tap Ungroup on the floating toolbar, or open Tools and switch to the Object tab.
  3. Tap Ungroup.
  4. Check whether the image and text box are now separate objects.

  • Interface result: The original combination is split into an independent image and text box.
