FAQ

Why is the Arrange button grayed out and unavailable?

  1. Make sure the presentation is currently in editing mode.
  2. Check whether the target object is selected.
  3. Open the Drawing Tools tab again and try clicking Arrange one more time.

Why can’t I see the expected result after I arrange objects in presentation slides?

  1. Check whether the current slide contains multiple overlapping objects.
  2. Confirm that the selected object really needs a front-to-back order change.
  3. Preview the slide show or continue adjusting the settings and check the result again.

How do I undo an Arrange action?

  1. Press Ctrl+Z to undo the previous action.
  2. Or click Undo in the quick access area.
  3. If needed, use Redo to restore the undone change.

How can I review the result after changing More Settings?

  1. Return to the current slide after finishing the settings change.
  2. Check whether the object position, overlap, or slide layout matches your expectation.
  3. If more changes are needed, open More Settings again and continue adjusting.
