1. Use Arrange
Entry point: Drawing Tools tab → Arrange drop-down menu
- Open the target presentation and make sure it is in editing mode.
- Select the object you want to adjust.
- Click the Arrange button under Drawing Tools.
- Set the options you need in the pop-up panel.
- Click Confirm to apply the change immediately.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The selected object shows a changed order or position relationship.

2. Advanced Settings
Entry point: Arrange → More Settings
- Open the arrange-related menu.
- Click More Settings to open the settings panel.
- Adjust the advanced options you need.
- Review the live preview effect.
- Confirm the settings and click OK to save them.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The parameter changes in the settings panel are applied to the current object or slide effect.
- Next actions: You can return to the file, continue editing, preview the slide show, or adjust the settings again.
