FAQ

What is the difference between character-based conversion and word-based conversion?

  1. Character-based conversion changes the text one character at a time and is suitable for quick processing of basic text.
  2. Word-based conversion processes the text by word, which is often more suitable when you want to keep phrase meaning more consistent.
  3. If the result is not what you want, switch to the other conversion unit and run the conversion again.

Can I undo the conversion after it is complete?

  1. After the conversion is complete, press Ctrl+Z if you want to restore the original content right away.
  2. Check whether the text has returned to its previous state.
  3. If needed, adjust the settings and run the conversion again.

Why was only part of the content converted?

  1. Check whether only part of the text or only some slides were selected.
  2. If you used Selected Slides, make sure the target slides were selected before running the conversion.
  3. If you want to process the full presentation, choose Entire Document in the settings.
