1. View the Title Bar layout and elements

Entry: Top of the window

  1. Open WPS Presentation and enter any presentation file.
  2. Look at the top edge of the window.
  3. Check whether the top area shows the document name.
  4. Check whether the left side shows the WPS Office icon and the Quick Access Toolbar.
  5. Check whether the right side shows the minimize, maximize, and close buttons.

  • On-screen result: The full Title Bar area is visible at the top of the window.

2. Check the current document name

Entry: Center of the Title Bar

  1. Open the presentation that you want to edit or review.
  2. Look at the file name shown in the Title Bar.
  3. If several files are open, switch to the target window and confirm the title again.
  4. If a status mark appears before the title, save the file before continuing.

  4. Return to the editing area and continue working.
