Can I close the Task Pane?

  1. Open the View tab.
  2. Clear the Task Pane checkbox, or use the close control in the upper-right area of the panel.
  3. Return to the editing area and confirm that the right-side panel is hidden.

What should I do if the Task Pane blocks the editing area?

  1. Move the pointer to the edge of the Task Pane.
  2. Drag the edge to adjust the width.
  3. If you do not need it for the moment, close the Task Pane and reopen it later.

Why can’t I find the Task Pane entry?

  1. First confirm that you are in the WPS Presentation editing interface.
  2. Check the View tab or the File > Options > View path.
  3. If the interface layout has changed, update to the latest version of WPS Office for Mac and check again.
