1. Check the current slide number and total slides

Entry point: Left side of the Status Bar at the bottom of the window

  1. Open WPS Presentation and go to the presentation you want to edit.
  2. Look at the page number area on the left side of the Status Bar.
  3. Confirm the current slide number and the total number of slides.

Tips While Using

  • If the window is too small, some status information may not be fully visible. Enlarge the window and check again.

2. View the current theme name

Entry point: Middle area of the Status Bar at the bottom of the window

  1. Open the presentation and keep the editing window active.
  2. Check the theme name shown in the middle area of the Status Bar.
  3. Use the displayed name to identify the current presentation style.

3. Switch presentation view modes

Entry point: View buttons on the right side of the Status Bar

  1. Open the presentation.
  2. Find the view switch buttons on the right side of the Status Bar.
  3. Click the relevant button to switch between modes such as Normal view and Slide Sorter.
  4. Check whether the editing area has changed to the target view.
