1. Share selected pages from inside a presentation
Entry: Top menu bar → Share → Partial Page
- Open the presentation you want to work with.
- Tap Share in the top menu bar.
- Select Partial Page.
- Select the slides you want to share in the page selection view.
- Tap Extract and Send.
- Choose the app or contact you want to use and complete the send action.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can enter the page selection view and see selectable slides.
- Next action available: After tapping Extract and Send, the iOS sharing options or contact selection screen opens.
- No side effects: The original presentation content and slide order remain unchanged.

2. Share selected pages from the home document list
Entry: WPS home screen document Share button → Partial Page
- Open the WPS home screen.
- Find the presentation you want to share in the document list.
- Tap the Share button next to the document.
- Select Partial Page.
- Select the slides you want to share.
- Tap Extract and Send, then choose an app or contact to finish sending.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can enter the partial-page selection flow without opening the document editor first.
- Next action available: After selecting slides, you can continue directly to sending.
