1. Export a presentation as PDF
Entry: top menu bar → More → Export as PDF
- Open the presentation you want to export.
- Tap More in the top menu bar.
- Select Export as PDF from the menu.
- Choose the output type: Standard PDF or Image-based PDF.
- Tap Export Now to start the conversion.
- Choose a save location and confirm the file name.
- Tap Save to finish the export.
- Open the generated PDF file to review it.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a PDF file is generated and can be opened.
- Next action available: you can view, save, or share the PDF file on your device.
Tips While Using
- Membership: this is a membership-related feature, so make sure the current account has the required benefits.
- Permissions: allow WPS to access the save location on your device if prompted.
