Why can I see the entry but still not complete the export?

  1. Confirm that the current account has an active WPS Premium membership.
  2. Check whether the account is signed in correctly.
  3. Re-enter More Output Conversions and try the export again.
  4. If the issue continues, update WPS Office to the latest version and try again.

Will exporting as an image-only PPT affect the original file?

  1. No. The original file is not changed.
  2. The export creates a new file.
  3. The original presentation content and file remain as they were.

Why are animations not kept after export?

  1. Export as Image-Only PPT converts slide content into static images.
  2. Static images do not include original animation or playback effects.
