1. Encrypt from the File menu

Entry path: File > Document Encryption

  1. Open the presentation file that you want to protect.
  2. Click the File menu in the upper-left corner.
  3. Click Document Encryption.
  4. Enter a password in the dialog box.
  5. Enter the password again to confirm it, then click OK.
  6. Save the file so the password takes effect.
