1. Add a new slide from the Home tab
Entry point: Home tab → New Slide
- Click the Home tab on the top menu bar.
- Click New Slide.
- Select the slide layout you want from the drop-down menu.
- The new slide is added at the current position.

- The new slide uses the selected layout.

2. Create a blank presentation from the File menu
Entry point: File menu → New
- Click File.
- Click New.
- Select a blank presentation.
- Enter the new presentation editing window.

- The page is ready for editing immediately.
- You can continue saving, adding slides, or applying design settings.
Tips While Using
- If the current file has unsaved changes, save it first before creating a new presentation.

3. Create a presentation from an online template from the File menu
Entry point: File menu → New
- Click File.
- Click New.
- Browse online templates on the New page.
- Click a template preview to create a new document.

- A new presentation opens with the selected template.
- The template's page style, color scheme, or structure is loaded.
- You can continue replacing sample content and save the file.

4. Duplicate an existing slide
Entry point: Right-click menu in the left thumbnail pane
