How-to Guide
1. Open Slide Show from the View tab
Entry point: View tab → Slide Show
- Open WPS Presentation and open the presentation you want to organize.
- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Click Slide Show.
- Confirm that all slides are displayed as thumbnails.

2. Open Slide Show from the bottom status bar

- Click it to switch to the slide thumbnail view.

3. Drag slides to reorder them in Slide Show

- Drag it to the target position.
- Release the mouse to finish reordering.
