1. Switch to Slide Sorter
Entry: Top View tab → Slide Sorter
- Open the presentation that you want to edit.
- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Select Slide Sorter from the view commands.
- Confirm that the interface changes to a thumbnail overview of all slides.

- Release the mouse to complete the reorder.
- If you want to continue editing one slide, double-click the target slide or switch back to normal view.

- No side effect: Reordering does not delete the content of the original slides.
