1. Open slide browsing view

Entry: Bottom toolbar → Tools → View → Thumbnail

  1. Open a presentation file.
  2. Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Switch to the View tab.
  4. Tap Thumbnail.
  5. The app opens Slide Show and displays all slides as thumbnails.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: All slides in the current presentation appear together as thumbnails.
  • What you can do next: You can tap a slide to view it or continue with reordering and batch management.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If no presentation file is open, you cannot enter this view.
  • Environment note: This feature is used with presentation files.

2. Rearrange slide order

Entry: Slide Show → drag a slide thumbnail

  1. Open Slide Show first.
  2. Press and hold the slide thumbnail you want to move.
  3. Drag the thumbnail to the target position.
  4. Release your finger to finish reordering.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected slide appears in its new position.
  • What you can do next: You can continue dragging other slides to refine the presentation sequence.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: A short tap only selects or opens a slide. Press and hold before dragging to change the order.
  • Environment note: You must already be in Slide Show.

3. Manage slides in batches

Entry: Slide Show → Select

  1. Open Slide Show.
  2. Tap Select in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select the slides you want to manage together.
  4. Tap Delete at the bottom to remove the selected slides.
  5. Tap Hide to hide the selected slides in one action.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected slides are deleted or marked as hidden.
  • What you can do next: You can return to the presentation, continue editing, or reopen Slide Show to review the result.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Check the selected range before batch actions so you do not remove the wrong slides.
