How-to Guide
1. Create another window for the current presentation
Feature entry: View > New Window
- Open the presentation you want to review in WPS Presentation on your Mac.
- Click the View tab at the top of the window.
- Click New Window.
- Check the newly created window for the same presentation and move to a different slide if needed.
- If you want to review multiple windows together, use the window arrangement option afterward.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: the window title shows the document name with a sequence number, such as a first and second window for the same presentation.
- Next action available: you can continue editing, browsing, or switching slides in either window.
- No side effect: the feature creates another window for the same file and does not duplicate the presentation file itself.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: if no presentation is open, you cannot create another window for the current file.
- Membership: this topic is available without membership.
- Environment note: when several windows are open at the same time, more screen space makes comparison easier.
