1. Switch to Normal View

Entry: View → Normal View

  1. Open WPS Presentation and open the presentation you want to edit.
  2. Click the View tab at the top of the window.
  3. Find and click Normal View.
  4. The interface switches to the normal editing workspace.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The left side shows slide thumbnails, and the center shows the current slide editing area.
  • What you can do next: You can select other slides and continue editing the current slide.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you are in another view, click Normal View again to return to the default editing workspace.

2. Review the Normal View layout

Entry: Open Normal View and review the workspace

  1. In Normal View, look at the left side and confirm that it shows the slide thumbnail pane.
  2. Look at the center area and confirm that it is the current slide editing area.
  3. Check the lower area and confirm that it can show notes or status information.
