Why is the comment button grayed out and unavailable?

  1. Make sure the file is open and you are in editing mode.
  2. Check that you are in the presentation editing interface instead of read-only or slideshow mode.
  3. Return to the Review tab and try the comment entry again.

Why can’t I see the expected result after adding a comment?

  1. Check whether the comment was inserted on the current object or current slide.
  2. Make sure you are viewing the presentation in editing view when checking the comment position.
  3. If you changed settings, return to the presentation and review the display again.

  2. Or click the Undo button in the interface to go back one step.
