1. Apply transition settings to all slides
Feature entry: Transitions tab → Apply to All
- Set the transition effect, speed, sound, and related options for the current slide.
- Click the Transitions tab at the top of the window.
- Click Apply to All.
- The current slide’s transition settings are applied to all slides in the presentation.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: All slides use the same transition effect as the current slide.
- What you can do next: You can continue previewing, presenting, or saving the file.
- Side effect to note: Existing transition settings on other slides are overwritten by the current settings.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Clicking Apply to All before setting the current slide can produce an unexpected result.
- Environment note: This action needs to be completed in the Transitions tab of WPS Presentation.
- Overwrite note: Applying to all replaces existing transition settings on all slides, so confirm the current slide settings first.
