FAQ
Why did all slide transitions change after I clicked Apply to All?
- Apply to All syncs the current slide's transition effect, speed, sound, and related settings to the entire presentation.
- If other slides already had different transition settings, those settings are replaced by the new unified settings.
- It is recommended to confirm the current slide's effect before applying it to all slides.
Does Application Scope require membership?
- No. This feature is available without membership.
- Open your file in WPS Presentation and go to the Transitions tab to use it.
- If the button is visible but does not work as expected, first check whether the file is in an editable state.
How can I confirm that all slides now use the same transition settings?
- After the action is complete, check several slides to confirm that their transition settings are consistent.
- You can also start a preview or slide show to review whether the transition rhythm and effect are unified.
- If you want to adjust the result again, change the current slide settings and click Apply to All once more.
