Success Criteria

  • Visual result: The clicked color area in the picture becomes transparent.

Tips While Using

  • Usage note: This works better with images that have a simple background color and clear edges.

Entry: Picture Tools tab → Reset Style

  1. Select the picture that already has a transparent color applied.
  2. Click the Picture Tools tab.
  3. Click Reset Style.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If the wrong picture is selected, the reset action will not affect the image you want to restore.

3. Check Whether an Image Is Suitable Before Editing

Entry: Review the inserted picture before applying the command

  1. Check whether the image background is mostly a single color.
  2. Determine whether the color you want to remove also appears in the main subject.
  3. If the subject and background colors are similar, decide whether Set Transparent Color is appropriate.
  4. After confirming that the image is suitable, apply Set Transparent Color.

Success Criteria

  • Visual result: You have identified whether the image is suitable for this method.
  • Next action available: You can reduce accidental removal of important subject colors and work more efficiently.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Applying the command directly to a complex image may make multiple similar color areas transparent at the same time.
