  2. Click the Insert tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click the Pictures drop-down menu.
  4. Select Page Break Illustration.
  5. In the dialog box, select multiple pictures.
  6. Click Open.
  7. Check the current slide and following slides to confirm that the pictures were inserted in selection order.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected pictures appear on the current target slide and the following slides.
  • Next action available: You can continue adjusting image order, layout, or slide content.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not position the starting slide first, the insertion result may begin on a different slide than expected.
  • File preparation: It is helpful to place the pictures in one folder before you start so you can select them together more easily.

2. Handle cases where remaining slides are not enough

Entry: Automatic behavior after Page Break Illustration starts

  1. In your presentation, move to the starting slide and begin Page Break Illustration.
  2. Select more pictures than the number of remaining slides in the current deck.
  3. Complete the insertion action and wait while the presentation adds new slides automatically.
  4. Check the newly added slides to confirm that the remaining pictures were inserted in order.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: When the original remaining slides are not enough, new slides are added to continue the image insertion process.
  • Next action available: The new slides can still be edited, reordered, and formatted.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not review the newly added slides after insertion, you may miss some of the imported pictures.
  • File format: Common image formats such as JPG, PNG, and BMP are recommended.
