1. Insert Images from the Photo Library

Entry: Tools → Insert → Image → Photo Library

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. Tap Image.
  4. Tap Photo Library.
  5. Select one or more images.
  6. Tap OK to insert them.

Success Criteria

  • The selected image appears on the current slide.
  • You can continue moving or resizing the image.

Tips While Using

  • The system may ask for photo access the first time you use this feature.
  • If you insert multiple images at once, check whether the slide layout still has enough space.

2. Take a Photo and Insert It

Entry: Tools → Insert → Image → Camera

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. Tap Image.
  4. Tap Camera.
  5. Take the photo and tap Next.
  6. Tap Done to insert it.

Success Criteria

  • The newly taken photo appears on the current slide.
  • You can continue adjusting its size and position.

Tips While Using

  • Camera permission is required.
  • In low-light conditions, check image clarity before inserting the photo.

3. Insert Recent Images

Entry: Tools → Insert → Image → Recents

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. Tap Image.
  4. Tap Recents.
  5. Select an image file from the recent list.
  6. Tap Done to insert it.

Success Criteria

  • The selected recent image is added to the current slide.
  • You can finish insertion without browsing the full file list again.

Tips While Using

  • The recent list changes with your recent file activity.
  • If the target image is not shown, use the Photo Library or Document entry instead.

4. Insert Files from Device and Cloud Storage

Entry: Tools → Insert → Image → Document

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. Tap Image.
  4. Tap Document.
  5. Select an image file from local or cloud storage.
  6. Tap Done to insert it.

Success Criteria

  • The selected image file appears on the current slide.
  • You can insert images from different storage locations.

Tips While Using

  • A network connection is usually needed for cloud content.
  • Some cloud locations may not be available until you sign in.

5. Insert Images from the Resource Library

Entry: Tools → Insert → Image → Resource Library

  1. Tap Tools at the bottom.
  2. Select the Insert tab.
  3. Tap Image.
  4. Browse the resource library at the bottom and select an image.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to finish insertion.

  • The selected library image is added to the current slide.
  • You can continue using it for layout and visual enhancement.

  • Keep the network connection stable when using online resources.

6. Quickly Open the Image Panel

Entry: Bottom toolbar in editing mode → Image

  1. Enter presentation editing mode and tap a blank area on the slide.
  2. Tap Image on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Open the image insertion panel.
  4. Choose an image source and complete the insertion.

Success Criteria

  • The image panel opens quickly.
  • You can move directly to the next image selection step.

7. Quickly Open the Camera Entry

Entry: Bottom toolbar in editing mode → Insert → Camera

  3. Select Camera.
  4. Take the photo and follow the prompts to insert it.
