How-to Guide
1. Open the Image to PDF page
Entry path: Picture Tools tab → Convert → Image to PDF
- In WPS Presentation, select the image that you want to convert.
- Click the Picture Tools tab.
- Click the Convert drop-down option.
- Select Image to PDF.
- Open the Image to PDF page.
Expected result
- Interface result: The Image to PDF page opens successfully.
- Next action: You can continue managing images and configuring export settings from the top area of the page.
Notes
- Membership: This is a member-only feature, so check the membership label before use.
- Common issue: If no image is selected first, the conversion flow may not open as expected.
2. Manage images and export a PDF
Entry path: Image to PDF page → top toolbar and page settings area
- Manage images at the top of the page.
- Click Sort to adjust image order.
- Click Clear to remove the current image list.
- Click Add to include more images.
- Configure image enhancement.
- Use AI One-Click Clear to improve image quality.
- Use Filters to apply image filters.
- Configure advanced layout.
- Choose Template Collage to use a preset layout.
- Choose Free Collage to adjust image positions freely.
- Configure output settings.
- Select Paper Size.
- Set Portrait or Landscape.
- Choose Page Margins.
- Configure Watermark settings.
- Choose an export mode.
- Select Merge Export to export all images into one PDF.
- Select Page-by-Page Export to export images by page.
- Choose an output file type.
- Select PDF with searchable and copyable text.
- Or select Image-based PDF.
- Click Export to finish the conversion.
Expected result
- Interface result: A PDF file is generated after export finishes.
