1. Add a Picture Border
Entry: Picture Tools tab → Picture Border
- Select the picture that you want to edit.
- Click the Picture Tools tab at the top.
- Click the Picture Border drop-down button.
- Choose the option you need, such as theme color, gradient fill, other border colors, the color picker, weight, or dashed line style.
- If you need more detailed settings, click More Settings to open the object properties pane.

2. Customize the Border
Entry: Picture Tools tab → Border → More Settings → Object Properties → Line

- Under Fill & Line, click Line.
