How-to Guide

1. Convert images to smart graphics

Feature entry: Floating toolbar → Convert to Smart Graphic

  1. On the slide, hold Ctrl and select multiple images. You need at least 2 images.
  2. Wait for the floating toolbar to appear.
  3. Click Convert to Smart Graphic to open the smart graphic selection panel.
  4. Browse the available graphic styles.
  5. Click the style you want to apply to the selected images.

Success Check

  • What you should see: the selected images are rearranged into a smart graphic layout.
  • What you can do next: choose another style or continue editing the slide.

Notes

  • Common mistake: if only 1 image is selected, the conversion condition is not met.
  • Permissions or membership: this is a membership feature.

2. Preview and choose a graphic style

Feature entry: Smart graphic selection panel → Category tabs / Preview

  1. After opening the smart graphic selection panel, review the available category tabs.
  2. Choose a category based on your presentation goal, such as Featured, Parallel, General-and-Specific, Process, Cycle, Pyramid, or Picture.
  3. Move the pointer over a style.
  4. Click Preview to check how the current images look with that style.
  5. Click the style you want to apply to the images.

Success Check

  • What you should see: you can switch between categories and preview the corresponding layout effect.
  • What you can do next: replace the current effect with another style if needed.
