How-to Guide

1. Open the batch crop workspace

Entry path: Picture Tools tab → Batch Processing → Crop

  1. Select the images you want to crop in the slide. You can select multiple images at once.
  2. Click the Picture Tools tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click Batch Processing.
  4. Select Crop.
  5. Open the batch crop workspace.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The crop page opens with a settings panel on the right and a preview area.
  • Next action available: You can continue with fixed size, fixed ratio, or rounded corner settings.

Tips While Using

  • Membership: This is a membership feature, so check the membership indicator before use.
  • Common mistake: If no image is selected first, you may not be able to enter the batch crop workflow directly.

2. Set crop parameters and export all

Entry path: Crop page → right-side crop settings

  1. Choose the crop method in the settings area on the right.
  2. For fixed size cropping, enter the width and height in px.
  3. For fixed ratio cropping, enter a ratio such as 4:3.
  4. Enter the corner radius in Crop Area Rounded Corners, in px.
  5. Drag the crop box in the preview area to adjust the crop position.
  6. Click the confirm button to apply the current settings.
  7. Click Export All to finish the batch crop task.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The preview area shows the updated crop effect.
  • Next action available: After you click Export All, you can obtain the processed batch crop results.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Choose either fixed size or fixed ratio based on your task to avoid conflicting inputs.
  • Suggestion: Cropping cannot be undone, so backing up the original images first is recommended.
