Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Batch cutout
Entry path: Picture Tools → Batch Processing → Cutout
- In your presentation, select the images you want to process. You can select multiple images at one time.
- Click the Picture Tools tab at the top of the window.
- Click Batch Processing.
- Choose Cutout.
- The cutout page opens so you can continue with image background removal settings.
Success Check
- On-screen result: The cutout page opens and the settings area appears on the right side.
- Next action available: You can continue to choose a cutout type, background fill, and export method.
Notes
- Common issue: If no image is selected first, the related Picture Tools workflow may not open.
- Membership: This is a membership feature.
2. Set cutout options and export
Entry path: Cutout page → Right-side settings panel
- On the right side of the page, choose a cutout type.
- Select Text, People, Shape, or Product based on the image content.
- Set the background fill to Transparent, White/Blue/Red, Rainbow, or Custom Image.
- Click Export All to finish batch processing and export the results.
- If you want to replace the original files directly, click Overwrite All.
Success Check
- On-screen result: The selected images are processed and the background appears as transparent or as the new fill you selected.
- Next action available: You can export the processed results or overwrite the original files for continued slide editing.
Notes
- Common issue: If the cutout type does not match the main subject, the result may be less accurate.
