1. Generate an AI image from the Insert tab

Entry: Insert tab → Picture → AI Image Generator

1. Click the Insert tab.
2. Click the Picture drop-down menu.
3. Select AI Image Generator to open the WPS AI sidebar.
4. Enter an image prompt and adjust the settings.
5. Generate the image and insert it into the slide.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The WPS AI sidebar appears and shows the image generation area.
• Next action available: After generation, the image is inserted into the current slide and can be arranged further.

Tips While Using

• Membership: This feature requires WPS Premium.
• Environment: Keep the device connected to the internet while generating images.
• Prompt tip: More specific prompts usually help produce results that are closer to your intended image.

2. Generate an AI image from the Picture Tools tab

Entry: Picture Tools tab → AI Image Generator

1. Click an existing picture in the slide.
2. Click the Picture Tools tab at the top of the window.
3. Click AI Image Generator.
4. Enter the image description in the dialog or panel.
5. Choose the image style and aspect ratio.
6. Click Start generating.
7. After the image is generated, click the ... menu next to the result to copy it, download it, or set it as the background.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The image generation settings are visible, including description, style, and aspect ratio.
• Next action available: After generation, you can copy the image, download it, or set it as the background.
