1. Open the Unified Fonts Menu

Entry path: DesignUnified Fonts drop-down button

  1. Open the presentation that you want to edit.
  2. Click the Design tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click the Unified Fonts drop-down button.
  4. Select the action you want from the menu.
  5. Continue to Replace Fonts or Batch Set Fonts as needed.

2. Replace Fonts

Entry path: DesignUnified FontsReplace Fonts

  1. Click the Unified Fonts drop-down button on the Design tab.
  2. Select Replace Fonts.
  3. In the dialog box, choose the original font in Replace.
  4. Choose the target font in Replace with.
  5. Click Replace to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Text that used the original font now displays with the target font.

3. Batch Set Fonts

  1. Click the Unified Fonts drop-down button on the Design tab.
  2. Select Batch Set Fonts.
  3. In the dialog box, set the Replace Scope to all slides, selected slides, or specified slides.
  4. In Select Target, choose the objects you want to update, such as titles, body text, tables, shapes, and text boxes.
  5. Set the Chinese font, Western font, font size, bold, underline, italic, and font color as needed.
  6. Click OK to apply the settings.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Target objects in the selected scope display the updated font styles.
  • Next action available: You can preview, fine-tune, or save the presentation.
