1. Open the Single-Page Beautification panel

Entry path: Design tab → Single-Page Beautification

  1. Open the presentation you want to edit.
  2. Select the slide that you want to improve.
  3. Click the Design tab at the top.
  4. Click Single-Page Beautification to open the beautification panel.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: A Single-Page Beautification style panel appears in the side area or corresponding panel area.

Tips While Using

  • Select the target slide before opening Single-Page Beautification.

2. Preview and apply a Single-Page Beautification style

Entry path: Single-Page Beautification panel → style card

  1. Browse the available styles in the Single-Page Beautification panel.
  2. Move the pointer over a beautification style.
  3. Review the actions shown on the style card.
  4. Click Apply Now to apply that style to the current slide.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The layout or visual appearance of the current slide changes.
  • What you can do next: You can switch to another style or continue with actions such as Favorite or Apply to All.

  • Some styles require membership. Check the membership badge before use.

3. Favorite a style or apply it to all slides

Entry path: Single-Page Beautification panel → hover actions on a style card

  1. In the Single-Page Beautification panel, move the pointer over the target style.
  2. If you want to save the style, click Favorite.
  3. If you want to extend the current style to the whole presentation, click Apply to All.
  4. Review other slides to confirm that the result matches your expectations.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: After favoriting, the style is saved as a favorite; after applying to all slides, multiple slides update to the same style.
