1. Delete all animations from the selected object

Feature entry: Animations tab → Delete Animation drop-down button

  1. Select the object that already has animation applied.
  2. Click the Animations tab at the top.
  3. Click the Delete Animation drop-down button.
  4. Select Delete All Animations of Selected Object.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The animation effects on the selected object are removed.
  • What you can do next: You can apply a new animation to the object or save the file.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If no object is selected first, the deletion result may not match your expectation.

2. Delete all animations from the selected slide

Feature entry: Animations tab → Delete Animation drop-down button

  1. Switch to the slide that you want to clean up.
  2. Click the Animations tab at the top.
  3. Click the Delete Animation drop-down button.
  4. Select Delete All Animations of Selected Slide.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The animation effects on the current slide are removed together.
  • What you can do next: You can continue checking other slides or preview the presentation.

3. Delete all animations in the presentation

Feature entry: Animations tab → Delete Animation drop-down button

  1. Open the presentation that you want to edit.
  2. Click the Animations tab at the top.
  3. Click the Delete Animation drop-down button.
  4. Select Delete All Animations in Presentation.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: Animation effects across the presentation are removed.
  • What you can do next: You can save the file as a version without animations or continue editing the slides.

4. Open more deletion options

Feature entry: Animations tab → Delete Animation drop-down button

  1. Open a presentation file that contains animations.
  2. Click the Animations tab at the top.
  3. Click the Delete Animation drop-down button.
  4. Select More Delete Options to open the Animation Pane.

  • Interface result: The Animation Pane opens and shows animation items.
  • What you can do next: You can continue checking and managing animation effects.
