How-to Guide
1. Use Animation Painter
Entry path: Animations tab → Animation Painter button
- Open the target presentation and make sure you are in editing mode.
- Select the object that already has the animation effect you want to reuse.
- Click Animation Painter on the Animations tab.
- Click the target object that should receive the same animation effect.
- Preview the slide to confirm that the target object now uses the copied animation.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target object shows the same animation effect as the source object.
- Next action available: You can continue applying animations to other objects or switch to slideshow preview.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not select the source object first, Animation Painter may not copy the effect as expected.
- Environment note: Use this feature in editing mode and make sure the selected object can receive animation.
2. Adjust Advanced Settings
Entry path: Animation Painter → More Settings
- Finish the basic Animation Painter action first.
- Open the More Settings panel.
- Adjust the advanced parameters in the panel.
- Use the live preview to review the current effect.
- Click OK to save the settings.
