1. Show or Hide All Comments
Entry path: Tools → Review → Show Comments
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the Review tab.
- Tap Show Comments to turn the feature off. After that, tapping a cell with a comment will not open the comment box automatically.
- Tap Show Comments again to turn it back on. After that, tapping a cell with a comment will open the comment box automatically.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: When the feature is off, commented cells do not open comment boxes automatically. When it is on, they do.
- What you can do next: Continue reviewing comments or editing cell data.
Tips While Using
- When comments are shown, they may cover part of the cell content.
- It is often more convenient to show comments during review and hide them during data editing.
