FAQ

Why can’t I find the Document Information entry?

  1. Make sure you have opened a specific document instead of staying on the home page or file list.
  2. Tap the “≡” icon in the upper-right corner of the document view.
  3. Look for the Document Information option in the expanded menu.

Why does the file size shown in Document Information look different?

  1. File size is provided as a reference to help you understand how much space the document uses.
  2. If the document was just edited, cached, or synced, the displayed value may differ slightly from the final stored state.
  3. Save the document and check again for a more stable reference value.

Does the file location mean local storage or cloud storage?

  1. If the file is stored in cloud documents, the location usually corresponds to the cloud folder path.
  2. If the file is stored on the device, the location corresponds to the local storage path or local file source.
  3. This helps you decide whether to continue managing the file locally or in the cloud.
