Entry: Tools → Review → New Comment
- Select the cell where you want to add a comment.
- Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the Review tab and tap New Comment.

- Return to the editing view and confirm that the cell shows a comment marker.

2. Create a Comment from the Floating Menu

- In the floating menu, tap Comment.

- Tap Done to save it.

3. View Edit and Delete a Comment
Entry: Tap a cell that already has a comment
- Tap the cell whose comment you want to review, edit, or delete.
- Read the current content in the pop-up comment box.
- To edit the comment, change the text directly.
- To delete the comment, clear the comment content.
- Tap Done to save the change or complete the deletion.
Success Criteria
- You can open and read the existing comment.
- Edited text appears the next time you open the comment.
- After deletion, the original comment content is no longer kept in the cell.
Tips While Using
- Deleting a comment cannot be undone directly, so confirm before saving.
