1. Create a Comment from the Toolbar

Entry: Tools → Review → New Comment

  1. Select the cell where you want to add a comment.
  2. Tap Tools at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Open the Review tab and tap New Comment.
  4. Enter the comment text in the pop-up box.
  5. Tap Done to save the comment.
  6. Return to the editing view and confirm that the cell shows a comment marker.

Success Criteria

  • The target cell now contains the saved comment.
  • A comment marker appears on the cell.
  • You can tap the cell again to review the comment.

Tips While Using

  • Select the target cell before opening the comment entry.

2. Create a Comment from the Floating Menu

Entry: Tap a cell → Floating menu → Comment

  1. Tap the cell where you want to add a comment.
  2. In the floating menu, tap Comment.

Entry: Tap a cell that already has a comment

  1. Tap the cell whose comment you want to review, edit, or delete.
  2. Read the current content in the pop-up comment box.
  3. To edit the comment, change the text directly.
  4. To delete the comment, clear the comment content.
  5. Tap Done to save the change or complete the deletion.

Success Criteria

  • You can open and read the existing comment.
  • Edited text appears the next time you open the comment.
  • After deletion, the original comment content is no longer kept in the cell.

Tips While Using

  • Deleting a comment cannot be undone directly, so confirm before saving.
