1. Share After Compression from the top spreadsheet menu

Entry: Top menu bar in the spreadsheet → Share → Share After Compression

  1. Open the spreadsheet that you want to send.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar and select Share After Compression.
  3. Tap Compress Now and wait while the file is compressed and saved automatically.
  4. Rename the archive if needed.
  5. Tap More and choose a sharing target such as WPS Collaboration, WeChat, or email.

  4. Rename the archive if needed.
  5. Tap More and choose a sharing target to send it.
