1. Save a Spreadsheet

Entry: Top menu bar → Save

1. Create a spreadsheet or edit an existing one.
2. Tap Save on the top menu bar.
3. The spreadsheet is saved to the current target location.
4. If this is the first time a new spreadsheet is being saved, choose the save path, file name, and file format as prompted.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: The file enters a saved state after the action is completed.
• What you can do next: You can keep editing, close the file, or save again.

Tips While Using

• A new spreadsheet needs a path and file name before the first save can finish.
• If device storage is low, the save action may not complete successfully.

2. Save As to a Selected Location

Entry: Top menu bar → More → Save As

1. Tap the top menu bar.
2. Tap More, then find and tap Save As in the menu.
3. In the location selection screen, choose where to save the file.
4. Available options include local storage, WPS Cloud, and Add Cloud Storage.
5. Change the file name or file format if needed, then tap Save to finish.
