1. Generate an image from Share

Entry path: Top menu bar ShareShare as Long Image

  1. Open the spreadsheet file you want to use.
  2. Tap Share in the top menu bar.
  3. Select Share as Long Image.
  4. Choose Export as Long Image or Export Card-Style Image.
  5. Adjust Page Setup, Background, Watermark, and Bottom Card as needed.
  6. Tap Save to store the generated image locally, or tap Share to continue sending it to another app.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see an image preview or a sharing panel.
  • Next action available: You can save the image locally or continue sharing it.

Tips While Using

  • If the spreadsheet contains a lot of content, image generation may take longer.
  • Before sharing online, make sure your network connection is working normally.

2. Generate a long image after selecting an area

Entry path: Top menu bar ShareShare as Long Image

  1. Open the spreadsheet file and tap Share.
  2. Select Share as Long Image.
  3. Select the sheet area you want to export.
  4. Tap Next to open the image settings screen.
  5. Adjust Page Setup, Background, Watermark, and Bottom Card.
  6. Tap Save to save the image, or tap Share to send the generated image file.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected area is used to generate the image preview.
  • Next action available: You can save or share the generated image.

Tips While Using

  • Before selecting an area, make sure the current sheet content is complete.
  • If you need to send the result to multiple people, saving locally first can be more convenient.

3. Save locally with Export as Image

Entry path: Top menu bar MoreExport as Image

  1. Open the target spreadsheet file.
  2. Tap More in the top menu bar.
  3. In the pop-up panel, select Export as Image.
  4. Choose Export as Long Image or Export Card-Style Image.
  5. Tap Save to store the generated image locally.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The app finishes generating the image and shows the save result.
  • Next action available: You can check the generated image in Photos or the local file location.

Tips While Using

  • Make sure the device has permission to save images.
  • If local storage is low, saving may not complete successfully.
