1. Batch Export Spreadsheet Images
Entry path: Top menu bar in the spreadsheet > More > More Output & Conversion / All Services > Bulk Extract Images
- Open the spreadsheet that contains images.
- Tap More in the top menu bar.
- Tap More Output & Conversion or All Services, then select Bulk Extract Images.
- Wait while WPS scans the spreadsheet and previews all detected images.
- Select the images you want to extract, or select all.
- Tap Next to enter the image preview screen.
- Choose Original, AI HD, or AI Ultra HD.
- Tap Save Images to save the images to the system Photos app.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see a preview list of detected images and proceed to the save screen.
- Next action available: After saving, you can view the exported images in the system Photos app.
- No side effect: Exporting images does not modify the original spreadsheet content.
Tips While Using
- Permissions or membership: Check the in-app membership indicator before using the feature.
- Storage space: A large number of high-resolution images can take up significant local storage.
- Processing time: Scanning and saving may take longer when the spreadsheet contains many images.
- File relationship: Exported images are static files and no longer stay linked to the original spreadsheet.
